How to Order
Catering:
$12/person for meats, rolls, and barbecue sauce
+$3/person for sides
+$3/person for double sides
+$1/person for food truck services (includes service of food, utensils, plates, napkins, and drink option)
+$1/person for drinks
If one does not want food truck services then we will make the food and bring it to you warm in aluminum disposable trays. If food truck services are desired then we will come, set up, and help work the event. Any leftover food will be given to the customer
Contact us via phone or email to set up your own custom order. We take payment (cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, credit card) on the day of delivery
Pop-ups:
Check our calendar and follow us on Instagram to find our next pop-up event. We may be at a brewery, pool, church, fundraising event, or farmers market. Wherever the wind takes us
