If you'd like us to cater your whole event, we recommend placing an order by person. Tell us how many people will be at your event and what meats and sides you'd like and we'll take care of the rest. We offer two catering packages:

Traditional Party Pack: $17/person 

Choice of 2 smoked meats and 2 sides

XL Party Pack: $22/person 

Choice of 3-4 smoked meats and 3-4 sides

Smoked Meats: Pulled Pork, Brisket, Chicken Drumsticks, Pork Ribs, Pit Beef, Pit Turkey, Hot Dogs

Sides: Mac & Cheese, Potato Salad, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Candied Yams, Carrot Burnt Ends

Potato Rolls, Homemade Barbecue Sauce, Cutlery, and Serving Utensils included in all by person orders 

$50/hour per staffer. 3 hour minimum consisting of a 2 hour serve time and an hour setup and breakdown. We can serve out of the food truck or at your desired location

By Tray

If you'd like to add a couple things to what you got going on or you're looking to do a self-serve buffet style, we recommend placing an order by tray. By tray is best suited for delivery orders. Here is our food by tray:

Pulled Pork: $240 (about 25 servings)

Burnt Ends: $220 (about 25 servings)

Beef Ribs: $160 (8 beef dino ribs) $400 (24 beef dino ribs)

Chicken Drumsticks: $150 (about 15 servings)

Mac & Cheese: $110 (about 25 servings)

Potato Salad: $110 (about 25 servings)

Baked Beans: $100 (about 25 servings)

Candied Yams: $90 (about 25 servings)

Carrot Burnt Ends: $90 (about 25 servings)
